This session will provide the latest information on federal legislative activity, including insights into the political landscape and the thinking of key stakeholders. Each of the key pieces of legislation that impact career and technical education will be discussed and prognosis for future actions will be presented. Plans and proposed actions by the Department of Education and the Department of Labor will also be explained.
